GIFT CARD DONATION REQUESTS

Thank you for your interest in working with The Taproom. We are always excited to partner with local businesses, charities and events to support programs that impact the community. 

 

Unfortunately due to the high volume of donation requests, we can only provide gift card donations to designated non-profit organizations or tax-exempt organizations including schools and government offices. Please note that we are unable to provide donations for private parties or to individuals.

TEXAS STATE UNIVERSITY STUDENT GROUPS: FUNDRAISING AND PROFIT SHARING

We love to partner with student-run organizations and groups at Texas State University and offer two options for your fundraising efforts:

Fundraising & Awareness Campaigns 

  • Collect donations for your student organization, group, or event

  • Share information about your organization or event with The Taproom’s built-in audience

  • Popup tables available during Tuesday Trivia (7-9pm) and Wednesday Bingo (7-9pm)

  • Limited to one student organization per event

Profit Share

  • Partner with The Taproom to raise funds for your non-profit organization* or fundraising efforts through your sorority, fraternity, or student group

  • Available Thursdays 5-10pm

  • Limited to one fundraising group per week

  • The Taproom agrees to donate 10% of sales to your fundraising efforts or designated non-profit organization

*Organization must provide proof of valid non-profit tax status to participate in profit-sharing collaboration.
