PRIVATE EVENT BUYOUTS

Hosting your private event at The Porch is always a good time! We feature:

• Room for 268 of your closest friends (all guests must be 18+)

• A fully staffed bar - liquor and beer offerings

• Food available thru our kitchen at The Taproom

• Event security team

• ADA bathrooms

• Stage with lights and back-lined P/A. Sound engineer available upon request

• Three pool tables

• Two dart boards

• Vintage film photo booth

Private events at The Porch are EASY! Your rental rate is a $200 deposit plus the BAR RING minimum. That means the cost / event is the minimum amount we require to be charged to your bar tab in addition to the deposit. Any balance at the end of your event will be charged to a credit card on file.

• We require a credit card on file for all bar tabs.

• We require proof of age for the organizer

• If your event is being organized by a TXST student organization, proof of individual insurance may be requested.

Bar ring (otherwise known as your rental fee) DO NOT include tax or gratuity.

Bar ring rentals do not include additional fees for entertainment or engineers.

Bar rings are broken down in increments of 2 hrs.  E.g. for a private event for 30 guests on a Monday that wants to reserve the space for 4 hrs, the minimum bar ring or "rental" would be $1,000.

• 30-100 guests

• $1,000 bar ring / 2 hrs

• Available Sunday - Thursday

• 100-268 guests

• $1,500 bar ring / 2 hrs

The Porch is available for private event rentals on Friday and Saturdays on a case-by-base basis. Please contact us directly for details. ​

We are happy to coordinate programming (live music, djs, etc) and production for your private event for a additional fee.

PLEASE NOTE: In order to best serve our guests and community, we rarely offer private event buyouts of The Taproom. If you would like to rent this space, please send us an email.
